Service Description

These classes guide you through movement that develops strength, flexibility, and develop the connection between, body, mind & breath. A series of cues and modifications will be given to ensure everyone in the class can access the pose to the best of their ability as they deepen their understanding of the postures and basic alignment in the body. Participants are encouraged to bring any props they require for their practice (blocks, a blanket).
