Birthday Party Package: $75/hour

Events Package #1

Weekday (Monday - Friday before 6 pm): $35/hour |​ Weeknight (Monday - Thursday after 6 pm): $40/hour

Saturday - Sunday before 6 pm: $40/hour |​ Friday - Sunday after 6 pm: $45/hour

Events Package #2

Weekday (Monday - Friday before 6 pm): $40/hour |​ Weeknight (Monday - Thursday after 6 pm): $45/hour

Saturday - Sunday before 6 pm: $45/hour |​ Friday - Sunday after 6 pm: $50/hour

Special Events Package

Base Price During the Week (Monday - Thursday): $460  |​  Base Price During the Weekend (Friday - Sunday): $540.00

​Prices are subject to HST. All fees including must be paid a minimum of 7 days before the date of your rental.

​

 

Deposits 

Booking Deposit - 25% of your rental fee is due within 7 days of booking in order to secure your date. This fee is non - refundable should you cancel your rental.

Damage Deposit - As indicated on your invoice. This deposit is fully refundable after the rental space is inspected after your rental, assuming there are no issues.
