COVID-19 VACCINATION MANDATE

To our valued Staff, Partners and Participants,
I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the Board of the Lake Echo Community Recreation Society, to thank you for your commitment to our community and the activities of the Lake Echo Community Center.
As you know, HRM has been actively updating its policies regarding Covid 19; health and safety protocols as well as vaccine mandates. As a Society, we have been working with HRM to ensure we provide the safest environment possible for you, our Lake Echo & surrounding area family.
HRM has issued a Covid 19 vaccination mandate requiring all those desiring to enter an HRM facility, for any reason other than essential, to provide proof of double vaccination by November 30, 2021.
We understand that there are questions and concerns surrounding the vaccination and that not everyone in our community has chosen to receive the Covid 19 vaccination. Unfortunately, this means that if you are not able to provide proof of double vaccination by November 30th, you will no longer be allowed into the facility, until such a time as you are able to show proof of double vaccination or the mandate is amended.
This mandate applies to all Board & Society members, Staff, Partners & Patrons.
